Stop Harassment by NCO
Financial Systems
Honey I Got a Call From Someone at NCO Financial
Systems
It has been said that NCO Financial Systems is the scourge of
Debt Collection Companies. Many of the tactics they employ
against consumers can only be described as blatant violations
of the (FDCPA) Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. We have lost
count of the number if times they have been sued by harassed
consumers. If you have been contacted by anyone from NCO
Financial Systems, depending on what they said and did, they
may owe you money! This section provides information on what
you can do help to stop the harassment and get justice.
NCO Financial Systems Has Been a Obnoxious Bane To
Countless Consumers No doubt that the owners of NCO
Financial Systems have made a mint browbeating, harassing and
verbally abusing debtors into ponying up. Their tactics,
needless to say, are broadcast all over the Internet and in the
news. You can find out about their unethical actions on the:
Better Business Bureau website, the Rip Off Report website, the
Budd Hibbs website and many, many others. Why are so may
people, companies, news organizations and consumer groups
reporting on NCO Financial systems? They have proven to be a
debt collection agency that violates Federal and State laws.
Read the below incident.
NCO Financial Systems Attempts To Collect 17 Year
Old Debt
Are you kidding me? They are trying to collect a debt that’s
over 17-years-old? That’s right folks! As you know, such debts
are well past the debt collection statutes of limitations, but
apparently that didn’t bother NCO Financial Systems. Read what
this blogger had to say.

I received a collection letter for $197.07 from NCO
Financial. The former creditor was Fingerhut. The
letter went to my parents house in Las Vegas. I
haven't lived there for 20 years. I called NCO and
they said that I made the purchase from Finger hut
in 1991. That was 17 years ago. I never purchased
anything from Fingerhut. NCO said they burden of
proof was on me. I had to prove that I did not
order anything from Fingerhut. |
Just How Bad is NCO Financial
Systems? NCO Financial Systems typically purchases
old debts from companies such as credit card companies,
hospitals, cellphone providers and anyone else seeking a hard
nose debt collector. They pay pennies on the dollar for these
debts and then attempt to collect them. It has become a common
scenario for these debts to be paid, the information is
incorrect or the debt is past the debt collections statute of
limitations, but those facts apparently won’t stop NCO
Financial Systems. Many consumers have been harassed for debts
belonging to the previous residents of the same address,
neighbors, relatives and co-workers. Others have been hounded
about debts and bills they have already been paid and
settled.
If you are being harassed or tormented by NCO Financial
Systems, take these steps immediately!
(1). Learn your rights under the Fair Debt Collection
Practices Act (2). Learn your rights under your state
laws
(3). Learn the
Debt Collections Statues of Limitations
(4). Bring a halt to the phone calls and letters by sending NCO
Financial Systems a
Cease and Desist Notice.
(5). If after taking the first three steps, you’ve determined
they may have violated your rights, contact a consumer advocate
attorney for a free consultation to review your potential
case.
